Stephanie Manzano is the Special Events and Programming Manager for the 2017 World Rowing Championships whose mission is to coordinate, manage, and execute all Special Events as well as all Awareness & Legacy Programming for the 2017 WRCH Programming Year.
Stephanie’s career began as an event planning intern for the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. During this time, Stephanie assisted with the successful execution of numerous events including the Annual Great Sports Legend Dinner, Destination Fashion, and Annual Buoniconti Fund Celebrity Golf Invitational with Jack Nicklaus. These experiences enriched Stephanie’s vision and passion to pursue a career in the sports industry and helped prepare her for her responsibilities today.
A native of Miami, Florida, Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration degree from University of South Florida’s College of Hospitality. During her final semester at USF, Stephanie served as the Programming and Special Events Intern for the 2017 World Rowing Championships. Stephanie’s hard work and consistency coupled with her will to take initiative led to her promotion to Special Events and Programming Manager.
As an unwavering Miami sports fan, Stephanie loves following the Dolphins and the Heat. She also enjoys boating, traveling, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
