What is Fan Fest?
Fan Fest is our festival for the thousands of fans visiting WRCH every day. Food, music, vendors, games and more! Join us to get your product and/or information in front of our great fans.
When is Fan Fest?
Fan Fest will take place every day of competition Sept 24 – October 1, as well as September 23.
How many fans are expected?
Attendance is expected to exceed 40,000 fans and 1,500 athletes over 9 days
What do I get as a vendor of Fan Fest?
Vendors in Fan Fest will receive a canopy with soft sidewalls, 1 table and 2 chairs for 9 days. You can add additional tables, chairs, Internet, electricity, water, flooring, etc. at additional cost. Vendors will receive a minimum of 2 GA passes for each day of the event and 1 daily parking pass. Off-hour security will be provided as a courtesy, although it does not imply responsibility. *Due to insurance requirements all canopies must be provided by WRCH.

What if I would like to participate for less than 9 days?
Included in Fan Fest will be a Special Expo Area, which will have a new theme and new vendors daily.
What are the Special Expo Area Themes?
Family Fun, Pet Day, Eco Day, Farmers Market, Military Appreciation, Community Service, Golden Ages Celebration, Local Attractions, Boating and Fishing, Health and Wellness
What are the Vendor Insurance Requirements?
Insurance requirements will vary by vendor
What are the Other Requirements?
Vendors will need a Business Tax Number, Florida Sales Tax Number (or 501C3) Florida Health Department permit or Dept. of Business & Professional Regulation License Number.
